Weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday.

The price includes bed linen and towels for all guests.

Final cleaning: €150 (incl. bed linen, towels & tea towels).

Dog: €45 flat fee. (2 dogs allowed)

Tourist tax: Applies to guests aged 18+; up to €3.30 per person per night.
The exact amount depends on the rental price and is calculated as a percentage of the nightly rate.

How the tourist tax is calculated

Number of guests subject to tourist tax × number of nights × tourist tax per person per night.

Example: One-week stay (7 nights) for 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children), rental rate €1,250.

1. €1,250 ÷ 7 nights = €178.58 per night

2. €178.58 ÷ 4 guests = €44.65 per guest per night

3. €44.65 × 3% = €1.34 per adult per night (maximum €3.30)

4. €1.34 × 2 adults × 7 nights = €18.76 total tourist tax
