Walnut oil from the Périgord

Sandra produces her own walnut oil at Le Gadifé, using walnuts sourced from the surrounding Périgord countryside.

Cold-pressed and intensely aromatic, this traditional oil is a true expression of the region’s culinary heritage.

Guests are welcome to taste it during their stay, and bottles can be purchased directly at the house.
